Provisions for Entrepreneurs.

This is a practice built on ten years in the integrator seat, two COO roles before it, and one conviction about what a founder is owed when they finally bring in help.

Nathaniel.

Nathaniel grew up in Iowa and went to audio engineering school because it was tangible and made sense, which is still how he makes most of his decisions. He spent fifteen years climbing the IT ladder, and by 2017 he was COO at ProMAX Systems, where Vistage taught him leadership and EOS® finally gave the work a name. Over five years in the integrator seat there, team NPS rose 43 points as the company turned around.

He moved to Middle Tennessee next and joined Premier Design Build as the EOS® integrator. Over three years there, revenue grew 83% in an eighteen-month stretch and net profit rose from 1.5% to 5%. Eventually he wanted to do this work for more than one company at a time, and Quail is what that decision became.

Why quail.

You know the story. Israel starving in the wilderness, manna falling from heaven: the miracle everyone remembers.

What gets left out is the quail. God didn’t only send the wonder. He sent the meal: steady, in formation, enough to sustain a whole people.

Manna is the founder’s part. You create something nobody imagined possible.

The quail is our part. We bring logic and structure, and together that’s provision.

Quail is the Lord’s.

It shapes how decisions get made, how people are treated, and how the practice carries itself in a room. It is not the headline over the work. Christ-centered founders will recognize the read, and founders who do not share the faith will simply meet a leader with some depth to him. Both are welcome here.

Family.

Nathaniel is married to Brianna. Their daughter Jubilee is nine and a cancer survivor. Their son Endeavor is seven and lives for hockey. They are the reason some weeks Quail is not in the room, and they are a good part of the reason Quail is what it is the rest of the time.
